At Gulf Boat Charters, we know plans can change. Please review our policy before booking your trip. ✅ Free Cancellation Cancel 7 days or more before your charter for a full refund—no questions asked. 💵 Refund Schedule 3–6 days before your trip: 50% refund Within 72 hours of departure: No refund 🌦 Weather-Related Cancellations We operate rain or shine, but safety comes first. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe (e.g., storms, high winds, etc.), your charter will be canceled and fully refunded. Trips will go ahead as scheduled unless there is an official Small Craft Advisory or Marine Warning from the National Weather Service. 🚫 No-Shows If your group doesn't show up on time, your trip is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. ⏰ Late Arrivals Late arrivals may shorten your trip time. Significant delays may result in a canceled charter without refund, at the captain’s discretion. ⚓ Captain-Initiated Cancellations If we need to cancel due to mechanical issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund. 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
